We had Linke’s BBQ cater lunch for a Pampered Chef leader retreat and it was a huge hit. The BBQ was incredible. The brisket was tender and full of flavor, the sausage was spot on, and the turkey was so good and juicy. Every single meat was a win. The sides were just as amazing. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, the potato casserole was a favorite, and the salad and coleslaw were fresh and delicious. Everything was well prepared and perfect for feeding a group. Great food, great experience, and everyone left happy and full. Highly recommend Linke’s BBQ for catering or just a great meal in Wylie.

Looking for the absolute best BBQ in Wylie, follow me downtown to a hidden gem called Linke's BBQ. While I am not a professional food critic, I have had the pleasure of savoring some exceptional BBQ over the years. During my visit to this establishment, I ordered the sliced brisket sandwich, and I must say that it was the most tender and delicious brisket I have ever had, hands down.

I had the honor to eat with my family at the legendary Linke's Barbecue in Wylie TX. This is some of the best barbeque in North Texas . The brisket was excellent, and the ribs had the meat fall off the bone! Now, what makes it more magical is their barbeque sauce. Not many things are perfect, but this sauce hits the pallette just right. It enhances every meat flavor above a 10 rating. The sides are no joke as well! The potato casserole was so filling! The Mac and cheese was super cheesy in the best way possible! To top things off , we were given freshly made peach cobbler that made me blush ! I had the pleasure to meet the owners , Clint and Olin Linke . They had people from Oklahoma that came to eat here! My own mother, who is very picky, was devouring her meal ! She loved that sauce! We will be returning! Remember to support local family businesses and just know that they will take care of you at Linke's . This place is a 10 out 10! I'm in love

Amazing BBQ! I knew we were in for a great meal when I ordered brisket, we were asked "from the lean end or the good end?" Brisket and ribs were a hit! Mac cheese, beans and potato casserole also amazing! Make sure to try the scotch egg. We will definitely be back soon. I just wish we found this gem sooner. Thank you Clint and Austin for amazing service and dinner!

What everyone is saying about this place is true! It’s AMAZING!!!! This was my first time visiting Linke’s BBQ, and I’m already looking forward to going back. My fiancé and I went on our anniversary, absolutely starving and wanting to try somewhere new. We drove 25+ minutes to get there, and it was so worth it. It’s tucked away in the cutest downtown area and looks pretty unassuming from the outside, but the second we walked in, we were greeted so warmly it felt like visiting old friends. We ordered the brisket, ribs, and mac and cheese—thinking it would be like any other BBQ spot. The moment we sat down and took our first bite, our taste buds were in shock. You can taste the quality instantly. The meat was insanely tender, full of flavor, and just melted in my mouth. I’m a huge sauce person, so I added some BBQ sauce too, and it was perfect—light, flavorful, and didn’t overpower the meat at all. And I know it sounds funny, but even the pickles, onions, and jalapeños were some of the most flavorful I’ve ever had! Born and raised in Texas, I’ve had more than my share of BBQ, and this was hands-down the best I’ve ever eaten. I will be raving about it forever. To top it all off, the owners surprised us with free peach cobbler just out of sheer kindness which made the experience even sweeter. Thank you so much to the guys at Linke’s, can’t wait to come back!!!

First time I had ribs that falls off the bone. Brisket is very soft also. The sides tastes great. I surprised myself that I really liked their peach cobbler!

We fell in love with this place. The meat is extraordinary and we rarely eat pork. Infact, we had given up on pork previous to coming here. These people are masters of their craft. They cook the meat slow and nice for hours on end to make it tender to the point it starts falling of the bone. I love their ribs and brisket. You can't go wrong with the sides too - potato casserole and mac n' cheese are my favorite! Looking forward to their sausage, turkey and range balls. They have a range of sodas and lemonade, unsweetened and sweetened ice tea. The staff is very welcoming and area is clean and spaceous. We enjoy going there!

Came in on a Thursday night and ate the brisket (half fatty, half lean), pork ribs, and Mac & cheese. Everything was great! To top it off, the condiments were probably the best I’ve ever had. Pickles were easily the best and I’m not a pickle guy. Jalapeños were whole, not very spicy but flavorful. Service was friendly and they refused to let me pay for the peach cobbler. We’re definitely coming back - see y’all there
